End the Stigma is a community that provides education, resources, and discussion about many mental health topics including mental illness, stigma, and personal stories . Mental illness stigma is unfortunately still very prevalent in our society, and many people suffer because of it. Stigma has many negative effects on people with mental illness, such as feelings of shame, and this can cause people not to seek the treatment that they need.
Share your story. Educate. Speak up. Challenge perceptions. Be brave. You are not alone! Let’s end the stigma of mental illness.
