End the Stigma is a community that provides education, resources, and discussion about many mental health topics. Mental health stigma is unfortunately still very prevalent in our society, and many people suffer because of it. Stigma has many negative effects on people experiencing mental health issues, such as feelings of shame, and this can cause people not to seek the treatment that they need.
